Provisional Basis Recognition

The FCI General Committee held a meeting on July, 6th, 2005 in Buenos Aires and made the following decision:
From July 7th, 2005, the breeds Romanian Mioritic Shepherd Dog, Romanian Carpathian Shepherd Dog and Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog are recognised by the FCI on a provisional basis. Consequently, from July 7th, 2005, these breeds are eligible for the FCI titles (Winner of the World Dog Show, Winner of the Section Shows – Europe, Asia, Americas and Carib). However, these breeds are not eligible for the CACIB until they are recognised on a definitive basis. In addition, the pedigrees issued to the dogs of these breeds, can from July, 7th, 2005 bear the FCI logo.

Reconnaissance a titre provisoire

Le Comitet General de la FCI se request que le 6 juillet 2005 a Buenos Aires et a pris la decision suivante:
A partir du 7 juillet 2005, les races a Chien de Berger Roumain de Mioritza , a Chien de Berger Roumain des Carpathes (Carpatin) et Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog sont reconnues par la FCI a titre provisoire. Par consequent, ces races pourront obtenir les titres de la FCI (Vainqueur de l'Exposition Mondiale, Vainqueur de l'Exposition de Section a “ Europe, Asie, Ameriques et Caraibes). Toutefois, elles ne pourront pretendre au CACIB avant d'quo avoir obtenu leur reconnaissance a titre definitif. En outre, des le 7 juillet 2005, le logo de la FCI pourra figurer sur les pedigrees amis pour les chiens appartenant a ces races.

An seiner Sitzung vom 6. Juli 2005 in Buenos Aires faste der FCI-Vorstand folgenden Beschluss:
Ab dem 7. Juli 2005 werden die Rassen až Romanian Mioritic Shepherd Dog, až Romanian Carpathian Shepherd Dog und až Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog von der FCI als provisorische Rassen anerkannt. Daraus ergibt sich, dass die Rassen ab dem 7. Juli 2005, berechtigt sind, FCI-Titel (Welt- und Sektionssieger a “ Europa, Asien, Nord- und Sudamerika und die Karibik) zu erlangen. Dagegen sind diese Rassen bis zur definitiven Anerkennung nicht berechtigt, das CACIB zu erhalten. Abstammungsurkunden, welche far Hunde dieser Rassen ausgestellt werden, darfen ab dem 7. Juli 2005 das FCI-Logo tragen.

Reconocimiento a ta­tulo provisional

El Comite General de la FCI celebre una reunion el de 6 de julio de 2005 y resolvie lo siguiente :

A partir del 7 de julio de 2005, las razas a « Romanian Mioritic Shepherd Dog» , a « Romanian Carpathian Shepherd Dog» y a « Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog» estan reconocidas por la FCI a ta­tulo provisional. Por consiguiente, estas razas podren conseguir los ta­tulos de la FCI (Vencedor de la Exposicion Mundial, Vencedor de la Exposicion de Seccion a “ Europa, Asia, Americas y el Caribe). Sin embargo, no podren optar al CACIB hasta que sean reconocidas a ta­tulo definitivo. Ademos, los pedigries emitidos para perros de dicha razas pueden, a partir del 7 de julio de 2005, llevar el logotipo de la FCI.
